Experienced Mahavir Group Service Technicians do a complete visual inspection of each incoming bowed roll. The roll is then disassembled ...roll bar, bushes, bearings, brackets etc. Each component cleaned and is thoroughly inspected for wear or misalignment.

Each bearing that is determined to require replacement is replaced with a new bearing. Each usable bearing is cleaned and re-greased with special greases that withstand high speed and high temperature operation. Prior to reassembly each component and sub-assembly is tested and monitored for quality and reliability.

The Fixed Bow Roll has an axle that is curved to a predetermined bow based upon the type of application, weight and type of material to be handled.The fixed bow roll with high abrasion resistant expander sleeve is the standard roll for most applications.
